يتواصل عقد الأيام التدريبية لفريقنا التطوعي ضمن أنشطة مشروع “تعزيز أدوار الشباب الفلسطيني من أجل مجتمعات صامدة وآمنة وعادلة”، الذي تنفذه جمعية أجيال للإبداع والتطوير بالشراكة مع مركز “معاً التنموي”، وبدعم من مؤسسة “أكشن إيد – فلسطين”.
ويأتي هذا التدريب في إطار جهود متواصلة لرفع كفاءة الفريق الشبابي وتعزيز مهاراته في مجالات المشاركة المدنية، وتحليل السياق المجتمعي، وإدارة الأزمات، والتخطيط لمبادرات مجتمعية فاعلة، بما يرسّخ دور الشباب كمحرك للتغيير الإيجابي في مجتمعاتهم المحلية.
ويعكس استمرار عقد هذه التدريبات التزام الشركاء بتمكين الشباب الفلسطيني ومنحهم الأدوات اللازمة لقيادة مبادرات قائمة على مبادئ العدالة الاجتماعية، وبناء مجتمعات أكثر صموداً، وانخراطاً في عملية التنمية وصناعة القرار.
يُشار إلى أن هذا المشروع يشمل تنفيذ أنشطة متعددة بمشاركة مؤسسات محلية، ضمن إطار تكاملي يهدف إلى تعزيز العمل المجتمعي الشبابي المستدام.
The training days for our volunteer team are ongoing as part of the “Enhancing the Role of Palestinian Youth for Resilient, Safe, and Just Communities” project, implemented by Ajyal Association for Creativity and Development in partnership with the Ma’an Development Center and with the support of ActionAid Palestine.
This training is part of continued efforts to enhance the capacities of the youth team and strengthen their skills in civic engagement, contextual analysis, crisis management, and planning effective community initiatives—reinforcing the role of youth as drivers of positive change within their local communities.
The ongoing nature of these trainings reflects the partners’ commitment to empowering Palestinian youth and equipping them with the tools needed to lead initiatives grounded in social justice principles and to build more resilient and inclusive communities engaged in development and decision-making.
It is worth noting that the project includes a wide range of activities carried out with the participation of local institutions, within an integrated framework aimed at promoting sustainable youth-led community action.
