نفذت مؤسسة أجيال للإبداع والتطوير جلسة حوارية بعنوان “تحسين سياسات توزيع المساعدات الإنسانية في المؤسسات الأهلية: نحو عدالة وكفاءة”، وذلك بتمويل من المؤسسة الأوروبية للديمقراطية (EED)، وبمشاركة (13) من المحامين والصحفيين وممثلي المؤسسات المحلية.

يسّرت الجلسة المحامية هبة الدحدوح، وناقشت عددًا من القضايا الجوهرية المرتبطة بالوضع العام للمساعدات الإنسانية في قطاع غزة، بما في ذلك دور المؤسسات المحلية، والسياسات المعتمدة في التوزيع، والتحديات الراهنة، خاصة ما يتعلق بالقيود المفروضة وشبهات الفساد في بعض الممارسات.

شهدت الجلسة تفاعلًا ملحوظًا من الحضور الذين تبادلوا وجهات النظر وقدموا مقترحات تهدف إلى تعزيز الشفافية والعدالة في توزيع المساعدات. وأكد المشاركون على ضرورة تطوير سياسات أكثر إنصافًا وكفاءة لضمان وصول المساعدات إلى الفئات الأكثر احتياجًا بعيدًا عن أي اعتبارات غير موضوعية أو محسوبية.

Ajyal Holds roundtable session on Enhancing Humanitarian Aid Distribution Policies

Ajyal Association for Creativity & Development held a dialogue session entitled “Enhancing Humanitarian Aid Distribution Policies in Local Organizations: Towards Fairness and Efficiency”, funded by the European Endowment for Democracy (EED), with the participation of 13 lawyers, journalists, and representatives of local institutions.

The session, facilitated by lawyer Heba Al-Dahdouh, tackled key issues related to the current status of humanitarian aid in Gaza, the role of local organizations, the existing distribution policies, and the challenges facing the aid process, including imposed restrictions and suspicions of corruption in certain practices.

The session witnessed active engagement from participants, who exchanged perspectives and presented recommendations aimed at promoting transparency and justice in aid distribution. Attendees emphasized the importance of developing more equitable and efficient policies to ensure aid reaches the most vulnerable groups without bias or favoritism.
