ويهدف المشروع إلى تمكين 40 امرأة نازحة من خلال تدريبات متخصصة في مجالي صناعة المخبوزات والتجميل، وصولاً إلى تنفيذ مبادرات ومشاريع صغيرة تعزز من قدرتهن الاقتصادية وتدعم سبل عيشهن المستقلة.

شكلت هذه الجلسات التمهيدية فرصة للاستماع إلى أولويات المستفيدات، وتوجيه التدريبات القادمة لتلبي احتياجاتهن الواقعية، وتضمن أعلى درجات التفاعل والنجاح.

يُنفذ هذا المشروع بدعم من الشريك السويدي للتنمية، ويأتي كامتداد لنجاحات المرحلة الأولى، وفي إطار التزام جمعية أجيال المتواصل بتمكين النساء وتعزيز دورهن في المجتمع، خاصة في ظل التحديات التي فرضها التهجير والنزوح.

As part of the preparations for launching the training activities of the “She is Capable 2” project, the project team conducted assessment and training needs identification sessions with the selected women beneficiaries, who were chosen through a careful selection process.

The project aims to empower 40 displaced women through specialized trainings in bakery production and beauty care, leading to the implementation of small-scale initiatives and income-generating projects that enhance their economic independence and support their livelihoods.

These preliminary sessions offered a valuable opportunity to listen to the women’s priorities and tailor the upcoming trainings to meet their actual needs, ensuring high engagement and long-term impact.

This project is implemented with the support of the Swedish Development Partner, as a continuation of the success of the first phase and within Ajyal’s ongoing commitment to women’s empowerment and strengthening their role in society—especially under the difficult conditions of displacement.
