ضمن جهود أجيال للإبداع والتطوير لتمكين النساء اقتصاديًا وتوفير فرص دخل مستدامة لهن في ظل التحديات الاقتصادية الراهنة. حيث نفذت أجيال تدريبًا عمليًا وجلسات توجيه حول فنون المخبوزات وأساسيات إدارة المشاريع الصغيرة. وقد أبدت المشاركات حماسًا كبيرًا لهذه الفرصة، التي تتيح لهن تطوير مهاراتهن وزيادة فرصهن في سوق العمل.

part of Ajyal Association for Creativity and Development’s efforts to economically empower women and provide them with sustainable income opportunities amid current economic challenges. ِAjyal have been implemented practical training and guidance sessions on baking skills and small business management fundamentals. The participants have shown great enthusiasm for this opportunity, which allows them to develop their skills and expand their opportunities in the job market.
